ALUMNI 
SPOTLIGHT

Our dancers have appeared on "Dance Moms," "So you Think You Can Dance," on ESPN, at Epcot Center, Disney World, and the Taj Mahal in Atlantic City. They have appeared on television programs like "Everybody Loves Raymond," "Ally McBeal" and "The Today Show." Many of our dancers are selected for national costume catalogs and children's magazines like "Family Fun." We've even had our dancers make it to Broadway, dancing in award winning musicals like "CATS," "Footloose," "Contact," "Gypsy," "Newsies," and most recently "Cinderella." Our students have majored in dance in college with full tuition scholarships, become members of university dance teams and several have opened their own dance studios.

Jade Cloud

Jade began her dance training at NEDC when she was two years old. During her sixteen years of training, she won many awards such as Teen Outstanding Dancer at NYCDA and 1st Place Contemporary at YAGP. Some of her proudest moments were when she became a cast member on the Lifetime television show Dance Moms Season 4 and 4.5, along with the opportunity to travel to Bucharest, Romania to dance in the film High Strung: Free Dance. Jade is thrilled to share her love of dance with the next generation!

BRIANNA ROLAND

Brianna Roland is a professional dancer & choreographer, originally from Avon, CT.  Brianna began her dance training at New England Dance Center in Westfield, MA, She received her BFA in Commercial Dance from Pace School of Performing Arts in New York City. There she trained under Rhonda Miller, Lauren, Gaul, Scott Jovovich, Mandy Moore, Dee Caspary, Jess Hendricks, and more. Brianna’s performance credits include a "Ruelle" music video, The Young Choreographer’s Festival, the off Broadway show “Bridesmaids”, The “Today” Show, and many more. Brianna is now a NBA dancer for the Celtics Dance Team in Boston, MA.

JoshUA Burrage

Joshua Burrage grew up in Westfield, Massachusetts beginning his dance training at New England Dance Centers. Out of high school, he was cast in the 1st National Tour of Newsies and later reprised his role for the filmed version on Disney+. He later made his Broadway Debut as a swing in the 2016 Revival of CATS, and was most recently seen on the 1st National Tour of A Bronx Tale. With Broadway currently shut down, he’s been spending the last few months teaching virtual dance classes through Zoom.  Josh danced to King of New York at NEDC years before doing Newsies, a full circle moment for him.

NICK
Burrage

Nick received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Marymount Manhattan College. He has toured North America with Broadway shows such as Wicked, CATS, and Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella. Nick has also performed with NYC based dance company, Emery Lecrone Dance, at the Joyce Theater, as well as Jacob's Pillow.

KELLY

EUSTIS

Kelly danced at NEDC from the age of 3 until she graduated from Simsbury High School in 2014. She then went on to Chapman University in Orange County, CA where she graduated with a BFA in Dance Performance. Upon graduating, Kelly moved to Los Angeles and became a professional dancer as a Laker Girl for the Los Angeles Lakers. She is now entering her third season and loving every second of it

Meaghan Grace Hinkis

Soloist in the Royal Ballet Meaghan Hinkis appeared with the world renowned Radio City Music Hall Rockettes 2 years in a row, starring as "Clara" in their Christmas spectacular. Meaghan is now a soloist dancing in London with the Royal Ballet.

Vail

Madrak

Vail Madrak graduated danced at New England Dance Center and then went on to Central Connecticut State University where she was a member of CCSU’s dance team and served as captain  for two yeara. She was a dance instructor for the Universal Dance Association for four years , danced with the WNBA’s Connecticut Sun and is now a New England Patriots Cheerleader.

KEELIN

BAILEY

Keelin, a former NEDC dancer from age 2-18 appeared on Law and Order SVU,  Mysteries of Laura, 30 Rock, a short film- “Selected”, and The NBC Today Show as a backup dancer for kids music band “Laughing Pizza.”

Lisa Bronshteyn

Lisa Bronshteyn is the Co-Director of a dance studio in Long Beach, NY.  She is a Former professional musical theater actress and dancer, she has appeared on Broadway in the revival of Gypsy starring Patti LuPone and has toured the U.S. with the national touring companies of White Christmas and Hello, Dolly!   She received her BFA in musical theatre from Pennsylvania State University and is a member of AEA, the professional actors’ union.  She has also worked at several regional theatres throughout the country. Lisa began dancing at the age of four and grew up in the competition world at New England Dance Center where she won numerous titles and overall high scores as both a dancer and choreographer.  

Sarah Gawron

 A graduate of Westfield High School and studied at New England Dance Center.  Sarah majored in musical theatre at James Madison University in Virginia.  Sarah traveled the country in“Disney’s Beauty and The Beast”.  Since her Westfield days, Gawron has compiled an impressive list of credits. At the Papermill Theatre in New Hampshire, she performed as Sally Brown in “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown”; as Graziella in “West Side Story”; as Bird Girl in “Seussical: The Musical”, and as Flossie in “On The Town”. In regional theatres, she has performed in “Christmas Spectacular”, “The Lost Colony”, “The Wild Party” and “Urinetown”.
