Recital
Ticket Notice
Tickets
for our annual Dance Recital will be on sale starting Monday May
5th, and are $12.00 apiece. If your child is in two shows, we'll
give you free tickets to the second show. You may purchase as
many tickets as you like. No tickets will be reserved.
All
dancers must stay in the dressing rooms to ensure enough seats
for family and friends (except for two year olds, who can sit
on Mom's lap). The kids are supervised by one adult per dance
class and will spend the time coloring, drawing and chatting.
The adult supervisors will get them lined up and ready for the
recital finale. Parents can drop them off in the dressing rooms
one half hour before the show and pick them up on stage after
the show. Remember, the recitals are only about an hour in duration,
so the dancers are not in the dressing room for very long.
The
dancer's May and June lessons must be paid prior to purchasing
recital tickets.
We
run multiple performances to ensure we have enough seats and parking
for everyone, and because we don't believe in marathon performances
that take a full day of your time. Because we do run multiple
performances, please do not arrive earlier than one half hour
before your performance, to avoid conflicting with people and
cars leaving the preceding show.
The
annual recital is a big event for our dancers. It's a chance for
them to strut their stuff after a year of hard work. We look forward
to seeing you all there for the big show!!
Recital
Videos
Recital
videos and DVD's are available. Please see the receptionist to
order. Both the video and DVD include your child's entire show.
Either DVD or video tape costs $35, which includes shipping.
Please
remember that no cameras or video recorders are allowed at the
recital. All pictures must be taken during the dress rehearsal.
Last
Week of Class
All
dancers will receive a trophy the last week of class at the studio.
We'll take time at the end of class to congratulate each student
and award them trophies. Parents are invited into the dance room
to share in the fun, watch the dance, take pictures and videos,
and ask any questions they have about dress rehearsal or recital.
You
can now pre-register for next fall, to ensure you get the classes
you want. Classes fill up quickly, so register early!
